Penrith Lakes Development Corporation (PLDC)

Penrith Lakes Development Corporation is mining river gravel with the intention of creating a series of lakes and residential property post mining. CEH(Dapto) currently provides monthly volumetric surveys for the removal of over burden stripping and monthly monitoring of settlement plates. CEH(Dapto) also provides PLDC cadastral consultancy services.

Wollongong City Hospital

CEH(Dapto) provided high rise engineering surveys for the construction of a new section attached to the existing hospital. Included within the project was the formation of required easements plans.

PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI)

PTFI is the worlds largest copper and gold mine. CEH(Dapto) has had the fortunate opportunity to provide an audit on the underground deep ore zone survey department and the subsequent training and formation of standard operating procedures for survey practices.

Shell Cove Estate

Shell Cove Estate is a ongoing project where CEH(Dapto) supplies engineering survey consultancy services with cadastral services for the formation of easements and new Greenfield subdivision plans.

Berrima Colliery

Berrima Colliery is an underground coal mine where CEH(Dapto) supplies all survey services related to the operations of the coal mine including but not limited to;

1. Section 138 applications
2. Mine setout
3. Statutory plans
4. Mine Subsidence
5. Engineering and volumetric surveys

Metropolitan Colliery

Metropolitan Colliery is an underground coal mine where CEH(Dapto) supplies constant monitoring of land subsidence due to the coal extraction. The subsidence is measured using GPS equipment and conventional traversing techniques.

Lake Heights Development

CEH(Dapto) is currently designing a residential subdivision with the formation and collating of all necessary documents required to submit a development application. The site is particularly difficult as it is nestled within existing development has a large catchment area for rain fall run off and moderate sloping land.
